My first Home Inspection was in 1987, an Architect running a project I was working on, asked me to preview a home he was considering buying. He valued my skills as a carpenter enough to trust my instincts. I found a massive termite problem that would have gone undetected. The realtor was impressed, started to give out my name to clients, and the numbers grew. Combining my General Contractor and Home Inspection knowledge gives me an advantage in seeing existing or potential problems. I started to teach Home Inspection at Triton College in 2006, I continue to do so today.
When you work with me, you’ll get an honest opinion that can help save you and your home in the long run.
